Dr. Poonam Madan, Principal of this Institute is a renowned personality in the field of Education who has been diligently involved in the field of teacher education for the past 3 years. She has been honowred as Shreshtha Gurujan Award-2009 by Jyoti Vidyapeeth University in 2009 and Pragya Bharti Award by BMMV College in 2011. Besides having an excellent academic career, she has also earned a name as an eminent writer too. She has written 9 text books for B.Ed students, 2 books for B.A. students and 3 books for competitive exams too. Besides this, She has also written 3 guides in Home science and a faster series for B.Ed. students and faster notes for psychology students too.
Moreover, she has participated and presented in 29 national and 6 international conferences, seminars too. She has participated in more than 12 workshops at national/Local level too. She has been invited as Resource person/key note person/chief speaker/main speaker/subject Expert at various UGC sponsored National seminars/Educational programs in various colleges. Her, 34 Research papers and articles have been published in Reputed National and international journals (ISSN and ISBN no.) and presently she is also working as subject Expert in Editorial boards of 4 journals.
